Let's go sailing ! Steve Horton, a licensed United States Coast Guard captain since 1986, has been sailing most of his life. He has taught sailing classes to adults and children for over twenty years. Steve has captained sailing excursions and deliveries along the east coast from Annapolis to Miami as well as the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. He holds several graduate degrees from Georgia Southern University, and is a retired educator.
